After many years of serving our community, we’ve made the difficult decision to sell our family diner.
This was never just a business—it was a dream brought to life by our grandfather, “Catfish.” He poured his heart and soul into creating a place where everyone felt at home, and his love for this community is part of every memory made at Coplins Family Diner.
For our family, this diner meant even more. It gave us the chance to work side by side, to learn, to grow, and to soak in Pap’s stories—lessons we’ll carry with us for the rest of our lives.
To our amazing customers—thank you. Thank you for your support, your kindness, and your conversations over the years. You were never just customers; you became family and we have truly enjoyed serving you.
As this chapter comes to a close, we carry with us the memories, friendships, and everything Catfish built here as he begins a well-earned retirement.
We will be closed Friday and Saturday but will be open on Sunday for one last day. Our family including : Tiffany, Josh, Sydney, Kylie, Jacquelyn, Ashley, Brenna, Kristi, and possibly others will be there to serve you one last time. We will have a limited menu and FREE cake to celebrate Pap’s retirement.
We will let the new owners share their plans with you themselves but we want to say we are leaving our little diner in very capable hands. They are talented, respected and dedicated to this community and we couldn’t be more excited to see what the future has in store for them.
