Hello Friends,

Summer is officially settling in around here, and honestly, it's one of our favorite times of year. The flower fields are starting to burst with color, the peaches are ripe and juicy, and the kitchen smells like butter, fruit, and fresh baked scones from the moment we open the doors.
This week's scone menu is one we're especially excited about. We're baking up Peach Blackberry with Cream Cheese, Blueberry Meyer Lemon, Apricot Almond, and Peach Chai—Be sure to pre-order online if you have your heart set on a particular flavor, because they tend to disappear quickly.
Speaking of summer favorites, our Bouquet of the Week is back! Each bouquet is gathered from what's blooming at Due North Ranch and arranged by hand with all the beauty this season has to offer. Quantities are especially limited this week, so if you'd like one, we highly recommend pre-ordering online.
And because we can't seem to stop putting peaches on everything, we're introducing a new seasonal sandwich featuring gorgeous peaches from Twin Peaks Orchards. Sweet peaches paired with savory flavors on our house-made bread make for the perfect summer lunch—fresh, bright, and just a little unexpected.
We're also debuting a new bagel special that might be our newest obsession: a toasted house-made bagel slathered with creamy jalapeño cream cheese and sweet peach jam. It's spicy, sweet, creamy, and somehow tastes exactly like summer mornings should.

Week two of our flower season is here, and these bouquets are some of my favorites yet.
This week's bouquets feature a dreamy mix of statice, assorted scabiosa, lisianthus, yarrow, dusty miller, and seasonal greenery harvested from the ranch. Soft, romantic, and full of texture, each bouquet is hand gathered and wrapped with care.

Summer is beginning to settle into the foothills, and we're excited to share a few things we're loving this week. Our flower fields are blooming, the garden is growing, and we've have a fresh lineup of seasonal scones.
As always, our scones are made from scratch using organic flour, Clover butter, and buttermilk, then baked fresh each morning. This week's flavors are available for pre-order now on our website, and we highly recommend reserving yours ahead of time—
We're also thrilled to introduce our Bouquet of the Week from our ranch Due North Ranch. Each bouquet is harvested fresh from our fields and features a beautiful mix of seasonal blooms and textures, bringing a little piece of the ranch home with you.

This week’s scone drop is bringing a little taste of summer to the shop with our Peach Scones featuring beautiful peaches from Twin Peaks Orchards. As always, our scones are made from scratch with organic flour, Clover butter, Clover buttermilk, and the best seasonal ingredients we can get our hands on.
The farm is starting to really wake up over here at Due North Ranch. The jalapeños are looking happy, the flowers are doing their thing, and the apple trees are thriving in the sunshine. It’s one of our favorite times of year — watching everything slowly come to life.
We’re feeling really grateful for the season, for local growers, and for this community that continues to support small craft food and farming one cup (and one scone/chai) at a time.
