Snö Chalet - Belgian Liege Waffles & Espresso

Snö Chalet - Belgian Liege Waffles & Espresso Your weekend retreat for winter fun inside & out! Warm up and refuel with crispy Belgian waffles. It is happening here no matter what the weather. Let it SNOW!!

Go sledding, play giant Jenga, roast marshmallows or just hang out with friends. Let the Snö Châlet become your weekend retreat for winter fun inside and out! Nestled at the top of the sledding hill at Punderson State Park in Newbury in a wooded hide-a-way reminiscent of a mid-century ski lodge, we have created a winter wonderland of adventure sure to excite you and your family all season long. The state park offers outdoor enthusiasts plenty of cold weather activities while the Snö Châlet keeps you warm and toasty with indoor fun and yummy eats. Hang out and enjoy the taste and aroma of authentic Belgian sugar waffles and savory waffles on a stick which highlight area specialties of maple syrup, cheeses and produce. We serve locally roasted coffee and espresso drinks featuring Rising Star Coffee Roasters and a menu of elevated comfort food that you won’t find anywhere else in the city (gluten free, organic and vegan options). Brunch with us, enjoy a steamy bowl of tomato soup, roast marshmallows by the bonfire or challenge your friends to a board game…the Snö Châlet is the best place to socialize, unplug and find respite from the cold.
