It’s always cool meeting new people, hearing their stories, and getting to feed some good folks along the way. Y’all were a pleasure to have at TT’s!

A Message From TT’s Sammich’es ❤️

🚨Please Share🚨

Yesterday, sometime between 10:00 and 11:00 AM, a customer came in and ordered a platter and 2 coffees for $17.50. She was with a gentleman wearing a white shirt who only had coffee, and they arrived in a red car.

Unfortunately, her ticket/order was wrong. She was charged $27.50, which means she was overcharged by $10.00. She still paid the amount, but we could tell she left unhappy. After we realized what happened, it honestly left a sour taste in MY mouth because that is NOT how I want anyone leaving TT’s.

Ma’am, if you see this, please come back in. Your $10.00 refund is here, and it is rightfully yours. ❤️

I am completely sorry for the mistake, and I would truly appreciate the opportunity to make it right. Mistakes happen, but I believe in taking responsibility for them and making things right when we get it wrong.

I hope you’ll give TT’s another chance to show you that we genuinely care about our customers.

🚨 TT’s will be CLOSED tomorrow 🚨

Unfortunately, I’m sick and need to take a day to rest and get myself back together. 😷

I hate having to close, but I don’t want to bring this mess around my customers or try to cook when I’m not feeling my best.
