❤️ A LITTLE EXPLANATION FOR MY LATE MORNINGS

I want to take a moment to explain why some mornings I may be running late getting to work. I’m not making excuses, and I’m not looking for sympathy. I just want people to understand what’s been going on behind the scenes.

I have been dealing with severe vitamin and mineral deficiencies, and I don’t think people realize how hard it is to function when your body is running low on what it needs. Some mornings, getting out of bed feels like lifting seven elephants off of me. The exhaustion, the shortness of breath, the full-body cramps, and even struggling to have a simple conversation can be overwhelming.

Sometimes I’m fighting just to get my body moving, even when my mind is ready to go. And if you know me, you know sitting still and not being able to do what I need to do is not easy for me.

I’m starting intensive infusions to get my levels back where they need to be. My first is today, followed by another 16-hour infusion Monday into Tuesday. I’m doing what I need to do to get better because I refuse to ignore my health until I have nothing left to give.

So if I’m a little late some mornings, please understand that I’m working through something that isn’t always visible. I’m still showing up. I’m still trying. I’m still fighting to get back to feeling like myself again.

I’m not giving up. I’m just learning that sometimes taking care of myself has to come before taking care of everything else.

Thank you to everyone who gives me a little grace, a little patience, and a little understanding while I work on getting better. ❤️🙏

TT ❤️
This is so hard on me
