The man behind the food.

Today is Chef’s Fernando’s birthday. A man of integrity and stamina he leads our small restaurant here on Liberty street and food truck in Beacon. He’s a pleasure to be around and easily my favorite person to share a meal with. In 5 years years that we’ve worked together I’ve never seen him take his birthday off. I’m happy to say you won’t see him in the kitchen today at Downstate.

Please help us wish him a happy birthday.
