It is with great sadness we share with you that we have sold the restaurant.
When we initially took the space, it was prime Covid. No one was working, we were bored out of our minds and we took a flyer on an exciting space. When we signed the lease we weren’t even sure what we wanted to do with it yet. It started as a small scrappy project and turned into something much bigger. We put our heart and souls into the development of this brand - It was truly a passion project with over a year of construction/planning.
We had an amazing four year run and are so proud of what we accomplished as a team. We met so many great people and will have these memories for a lifetime.
We are currently working on ways to bring Primo back to life in a different iteration down the road, but that’s conversation for another day. So while this is goodbye for now, it’s not goodbye forever.
