Building a small business isn’t easy - but you all make it easier on us with your trust & loyalty.

Bivonas morphed into 2 locations - we pushed our hot food into a larger - more comfortable space so we could focus more on making dinner, or lunch prep easier and healthier for YOU! We also now get the pleasure of working with some great local business and supplying them with delicious high quality pasta…

Vesuvio's Ristorante / Taco Al Dente / cornwallcollectiveny / Dave the Butcher / LODGER STUDIO & some great local chefs also!

Best of all, we get to focus our passion on our pasta program, and our antipasto deli case to provide you all with things like this amazingly delicious caprese pasta salad by Sarah | Cheesemonger 🧀 !

Nonna’s fried pasta is near and dear to our hearts ♥️ such an easy, delicious and comforting meal. All you need is some of our pasta and the sauce of your choice to make this magic meal come together.

Open Thursdays and Fridays 11-7 and Saturdays 11-5 but we are closed this Saturday 6/13 for a private event.

We’ve been hyper focused on PASTA here at the shop. New fillings, getting better at running the extruder, and most importantly, growing our team & abilities.

Pasta and food are love languages - they bring you to a place that makes you feel whole. When you have a team of individuals creating things that they love to show, eat, talk about & enjoy… well, that’s what it’s all about.

We are here, growing, learning & teaching the people@we surround ourselves with a trade & craft that is no longer “normal” to know.

Look at what we get to do. Pride in work. Pride in ingredient, and most of all, a family of people chasing the same goal.

Lots of changes - Dina’s slings our sandos & pasta nown- hot & ready to eat - Here at Bivona’s we are focusing on bringing you great Italian imported items & hand made pasta, meatballs & sauce to take home & enjoy cooking for your family.

We do ravioli / extruded shapes / hand cut noodles & much more.

$20 pasta kits all day every day & lots of love in everything.

Come check us out - the proof is in the pudding, and the pudding happens to be pasta.

You have until Friday May 8th at noon to order. Pick ups will be the following day on Saturday, May 9th, during regular business hours.

We will have antipasti, cannoli, and other extras available at the shop to buy when you pick up.
