This is a part-time evening role, 1-3 nights a week: Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. You'll open the shop for the evening, get things ready for the night ahead, and be the face of Half Full for the customers who walk through our door — regulars and first-timers alike. What you'll do:

Ready to try a grape of quality? Meet the Verdicchio grape! An up and coming contender in white wine through our podium garofoli.🍇

The Verdicchio grape's origins stem from the rich soils of Marche Italy. This grape is known for its lemon zest and grapefruit flavors and savoriness of thyme, all ending with a slight almond finish.

This grape has been harvested ever since the 1960's and has been recognized not for the large qualities that are produced from it, but from its quality of fresh flavor!

Fun Fact! This grapes name translates to 'greenish' in reference to the grapes color when its time to harvest.
