We’re excited to shine the spotlight on Nicki, who’s been part of
the Newberg Coffee family for over a year.
Joining us from Sherwood, Nicki brings a creative and grounded energy to the team. In her free time you’ll often find her behind the lens capturing photography and film, or out enjoying nature — passions that shine through in how she connects with guests and the coffee itself.
Her go-to drink is a Cortado: a perfectly balanced espresso cut with just the right amount of warm steamed milk, creating a smooth, velvety sip that highlights the espresso’s character without overpowering it.
When it comes to beans, she loves our Peru Cafe Feminino — a beautiful expression of community and quality she keeps coming back to. This July we’re proud to feature La Victorina from Costa Rica’s
renowned Tarrazú region.
Grown at 1,900 meters on the family farm of Eduardo & Delfina Ramirez, this coffee benefits from rich volcanic soils and a climate shaped by the surrounding mountains. Villa Sarchi varietals are fully washed with care, resulting in a beautifully balanced cup.

Just a quick note — our tasting room will be closed on Saturday, July 4th so our team can spend time with family and celebrate.

We’re excited to shine the spotlight on Spencer, who’s been part of the Caravan Crew for a year now.

Spencer calls Sherwood home and brings a warm, friendly presence to the team. Whether he’s behind the bar or chatting with guests, he’s always up for a good conversation about coffee (or cars). His go-to drink is a Flat White — made with silky micro-foam poured over a double shot of espresso, creating that perfect balance of rich coffee and velvety texture. For Jeff, Caravan Coffee has been part of the rhythm of life since 1990 — all the way back to our original location here in Newberg.
A loyal customer, longtime subscriber, and regular black coffee drinker, Jeff has been showing up for a good cup and good conversation for decades. These days, you’ll often find Ethiopia Yirgacheffe in his coffee subscription.
