After years of working around an A/C system that well... Didn't work, Chef was pretty excited to finally get a new one installed.

The goal was simple: βœ”οΈ A more comfortable dining room for our guests. βœ”οΈ A cooler kitchen for the crew. βœ”οΈ No more sweating bullets every summer.

Now if you'll excuse us, we're going to spend the next few weeks reminding everyone not to touch it, lean on it, stack boxes in front of it, or make direct eye contact with it.

Tonight's whiskey honey butter starts with New Brighton whiskey, a little fire, and a whole lot of flavor.

We'll be serving whiskey honey butter biscuits during First Friday while New Brighton Distillery pours samples and showcases their artwork.
