We are exited to announce this months winemakers for our monthly Winemaker’s Dinner; Jeanne Feldkamp & Dan Diephouse of Corollary Wines.

Jeanne & Dan founded Corollary Wines with a singular mission: to explore the terroir of Oregon’s Willamette Valley and its expression in sparkling wine.

Their path to winemaking wasn’t exactly a straight line. They started learning about sparkling wine the traditional way—by drinking a lot of it. ( .) Then they began doing more structured tastings, and eventually found themselves planning trips to visit their favorite Champagne grower-producers.

They read a lot of books.

After a few more years, on a whim, they tried making some traditional-method sparkling cider in their garage. And it turned out great! That’s when they started getting serious about bubbles.

Through spending time in Oregon’s Willamette Valley, near Jeanne’s hometown of Beaverton, they realized that Oregon has the perfect geography and climate to produce amazing sparkling wines. When they began talking with growers and winemakers in the area about their ideas, they discovered an incredibly open and welcoming wine community. So finally, after years of preparation, they made the leap in 2017 and produced their first Oregon vintage. Since then they have honed their craft and currently produce about 1100 cases annually in the beautiful Dundee Hills.

We have fallen in love with their wines at R/W and are excited to share them with you alongside a five course menu prepared by our chef and kitchen crew.

Staffing issues continue to be a thing in our industry, but we can't just tell folks they can't have a vacation from time to time, or go to a wedding.

This coming Saturday & Sunday, we will be operating on reduced hours and with a condensed menu, due to multiple staff being off for the weekend. In order to offer service for as much of the day as possible, and to keep things manageable for the staff that will be working, we will be open from 12 - 8pm both Saturday and Sunday.

We will offer brunch items from 12 - 3, and then a combined Tavern/Dinner menu from 3 - 8. Scroll down to view the menu options for the weekend.

Online reservations are not available for this weekend, but do call ahead and speak with one of our staff to inquire about available tables.

As always, the Tavern will be first come, first served!

Have you met Jake Kinne, yet?
If not, here is your perfect chance!

Jake was raised just down the road, helping to tend to his family vineyard and produce McKinlay Vineyard wines as he grew up. After some time away, Jake returned to the valley and began making wine under his own namesake label, Jacob Martin. Working with estate fruit, as well as select vineyard sites across the state, Jake produces small batch reds & whites that highlight the fruit and vintage.

This will be an intimate dinner with just 10 seats available. Learn more about both Jacob Martin and McKinlay wines from Jake, while our kitchen turns out five-courses of seasonal food to pair alongside. We will be featuring two chardonnays, two pinot noir, and one syrah/viognier, across several vintages. If Jake somehow runs out of things to talk about, be sure to ask him about water polo, van electrical systems, and raising pigs.. all other things he enjoys on various levels.
