Hello! Just your friendly neighborhood coffee trailer (slash music store??) dropping in to let everyone know we will be away from our usual spot at 116 W 1st St in Newberg for a school event on Thursday this week!

You can find us Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday this week, 7am-1pm! I’m adding Saturdays soon as well 🙂

Come stop by and try our coffee (we roast locally in Dundee!), our house-made syrups, or fresh baked goods—we make everything we serve except for the tea.

Happy Monday! High-Strung Coffee and Music is on its way to being ready for you! Guitar lessons are available now in the space. Check out www.devinkosloff.com for info and credentials, but the short of it is Devin has been teaching locally for over ten years and has a Masters in Guitar! He can teach any style but loves classical and metal the most 🙂

Our coffee trailer is out front Tuesday-Friday (now open at 7am!)

Our hopes are to provide easy access to an inviting space for people to come sit and enjoy their coffee, play a card game, and maybe buy some guitar strings somewhere that’s not Amazon! We’d like to be able to host events and live music in the future as well.

We’d love to be able to grow enough to support an employee or two and help provide at least a few jobs, but that’s probably quite a ways out!

We’re aiming to have a grand opening around Halloween if we can get all our ducks in a row, and until then, feel free to stop by and try a cup of our coffee 🙂

Hello friends!! We had originally planned to finish out the season at Tigard and be there through October, but unfortunately this Sunday will be our last day for the year!

When we started the season in May, we were able to pull up along the sidewalk and sell from there, but in August the new city manager decided to start enforcing a rule we didn’t know about—no selling from trucks or trailers along the sidewalk! We’ve really appreciated the city employees and farmer’s market management in their flexibility trying to find a way for us to still come to the market, but we simply don’t have the energy or time required to continue making the compromise work—because we’re working hard on opening our music store slash coffee hang in Newberg!

We are so sorry to our regulars at the Tigard market—you’re the only reason we tried so hard to make it work!! If you’re able, please come visit us in Newberg, and we hope a solution can be found so we can come back next summer!! ❤️

Hello! It’s your friendly neighborhood coffee!

We will be open this week in our usual spot at 116 W 1st St in Newberg Tuesday-Thursday 8-1–we will be at events on Friday and Saturday!

But!! Starting next Tuesday the 29th we will be opening an hour earlier at 7am! The market season is winding down and we are pulling our focus in to the VERY almost open music store + coffee trailer combo 🙂

We will be expanding our hours and days of operation further as we move into the fall. Thank you for your support as always! ❤️
