This information is for my loyal customers, oh and for all the trolls that have no clue of what they are talking about. Yes, this is the second time my business has burned. No, the first time wasn't two years ago. It was six years ago (I don't exspect trolls to be able to add). This may sadden the trolls but oh well, I was not the fault of either fire. The fire in 2016 started as a result from a passer by's passenger deciding to throw his cigarette out the car window on a very windy day which caught the dry rotted shed on fire behind my trailer and the wind took care of the rest. I had to be pulled out of the serving window because by the time i realized it was on fire the back door was engulfed in flames. Sorry trolls, I only had liability insurance at the time. I did not have full coverage. So much for being suspect, Deborah Harris. This time when it burned it was because of a ruptured gas line fron a torch that is used to start the wood in the smokers, as we were able to see from camera footage from M&M Tire. Sorry, Deborah Harris and the rest of the trolls, no full coverage this time either. Although, full coverage was starting again August 1st as I let it lapse in November because I was closed from 2nd week in August till the 3rd weekj in January because I had back surgery and only picked up liability when I reopened because that's all I could afford after not working for 4+ months. Trolls you will love to here that I will be reopening in 2 to 3 weeks bigger and better. Chef Bones, really? What are you trolling on this thread to try and pick up some of my customers. Good luck! I should thank you because years ago after getting some ribs from your place at 11:00 in the morning on a Friday actually made my mind up when I was deciding whether or not to open a BBQ place. Because I bit into one of your ribs that was still cold from being in the refrigerator all night, After bringing it to your attention you said, " No problem I'll heat that right up for you it will only take a minute". It's also one of the reasons I cook fresh everyday for that day only. I don't refrigerate left overs. I'm haapy for you that you serve a lot of people a day and that you still have time to troll on this thread. By the way how is your Dover location doing? Oh, now that I think about it, one of my customers said that it was closed up. Sorry to hear that. I guess you didn't serve a lot of people in that location.
