Pic-Nic Cafe Restaurant located at 233 Ferry Street in Newark, was established in 1975 as a Portuguese coffee shop where you could get a good espresso, some pastries and sandwiches. The most important was getting Portuguese newspapers flown daily from Portugal and picked from Kennedy Airport upon airplane arrival. It was a twice-weekly trip to the Kennedy Airport for the latest printed news. The P
