Breaking News - the dumpling legacy continues with our son Louis & his best boys Hillel & Michael are taking over the cart! They've worked the cart during summer breaks & on catering gigs. Michael will continue to supervise prep & sauces. I will still book gigs & tag along with the boys for awhile.
