Just finished up a wonderful kitchen remodel. Total gut job. Added a walkthrough to match existing. Took a few walls down. All new drywall, custom trim work and wainscoting. Real brick installed and painted on three walls, and backsplash. New cabinets, and crown molding, and island. Beautiful local granite sourced . All new electric , plumbing. Moved the powder room to do a powder room laundry combo. All new hardwood floors on site , sand and finished. Installed exterior door in a new location. Hardy back siding on both bump out additions. Added poured concrete steps and rails. They are still waiting on the subzero refrigerator to be installed. A really exceptional job as usual from Israel Beltran, Enrique Reza, and Evodio Chancla .
