We want to clarify that the reason for the 1 day shutdown was because of an expired license. Not because of the rumor that the health department found out we cooked rats. That's a pretty good joke, but some people actually believe in it... so just wanted to clarify: we don't run around with a broom, after 12 hour shifts, to catch rats.

That being said, we understand that our customers are frustrated because of the poor customer service that has been offered. We are trying to fix that problem. However we would ask for your patience. The major problem being the language barrier. It is hard to find workers that have good bilingual and willing to work in the area. We appreciate your business and we would never sell rat meat. It's the 21st century...the notion is just unsettling.
