Kirwin's Fork in the Road will be at Granville Farmers Market at St Edwards tomorrow Saturday September 1. We'll continue our EGGS WITHOUT BORDERS menu but will be adding a chicken salad made with Ojibwe wild rice we got last time we we were in Minnesota. This special rice is harvested about 90 miles northeast of Fargo in the White Earth Nation.
This is harvest time and the Ojibwe hand harvest in canoes. They consider wild rice as a gift from the spirits.
We would enjoy sharing this with you. Hope to see you tomorrow.

Tomorrow we will be at the Licking county Master Gardeners Volunteer Garden Open House 771 East Main Street in Newark. 10 am until 2 pm. We had the privilege of touring this beautiful place awhile ago and are excited to see it again. Imagine so many enthusiastic gardeners in one fantastic place!
We will have a fresh menu.

Saturday, September 3, Kirwin's will be at the Granville Farmers Market.

We are continuing a series we call "EGGS WITHOUT BORDERS" meaning our eggs are influenced by so many cultures and cooking strategies that we can't really credit one pl This week we will have Avocado Toast with Egg, Turmeric Rice with Black Beans, Egg and Cheddar and several Fritattas.

This Saturday will be the last of the market season for us. We have had a great time at the Market this year thank you all for your support and suggestions. We are so fortunate to have our incredible friends and and family who seem to never tire of eating our food. We love you. I would like to especially thank our generous friend and fabulous cook Elaine for everything she has done this year. You are amazing.
Hope you can join us this last time. Remember, the market is at St Edwards this Saturday!
