I’ve been slowly using the name “Viva Vegan” less lately and just calling it what it is- “Evangelinas Vegan Desserts.”

I know things have been confusing but the reason is because when I took over the shop, it was originally three businesses/owners in one, so it wasn’t just Evangelinas 😂

Over the next two years the other two businesses faded out and the majority of our sales have been pastries only, and since Evangelina’s has been around since 2015 and I’ve built my brand on it, I’ve decided to phase out the name “Viva Vegan”, as much as I love it. At first I wanted to keep it as a separate entity, but it’s just getting too confusing for new customers and too complicated for me to manage both.

Of course I’ve put a lot of money in signage and marketing for “Viva Vegan” so it’s gonna be around for a little longer 😂
