It’s Thursday you know what that means! Another strawberry load! $1 each or get a flat for $7 a flat is 8 QTs.

So I would like to respond to this post but they have me blocked from responding.

- Pies are made Fresh on Fridays. We pick up on Saturday morning. Mondays we throw anything left away. Our pies have never been moldy.
It looks like the customer did not properly refrigerate the pies or left them in the heat and they indeed got moldy.They bought these pies on Saturday. They called Tuesday to say they were moldy.

- I did reach out to Karen and refunded her money. We will always make it right even after they threatened my employee this morning after she politely gave them the money back and then continued to scream at her out the car window as they left.

-We have had problems satisfying this customer as they have had issues each summer for something different.
I feel that maybe we have come to a fork in the road and someone else could make them happy. This has been an ongoing issue each summer with this couple of ladies. With the issues, I’ve asked them to move on.
There is no need for hard feelings, anger or and reason to give false information on Facebook.

We have always done right by our customers. We will continue to do the right thing. We will take accountability for our product.
