🚨 LOOKING FOR COMMERCIAL KITCHEN / SMALL TAKEOUT SPACE – DELAWARE COUNTY ASAP 🚨

I am actively searching for a commercial kitchen or small takeout restaurant space in Delaware County, PA.

Ideal space:
• Previously used as a takeout or food business
• Existing hood/vent system preferred
• Small footprint is fine
• Ready for immediate occupancy or minimal buildout
• Reasonable lease terms

If you are a landlord, broker, or know of a space becoming available, please message me directly.

Serious inquiries only — I am ready to move quickly.

Thank you in advance for any leads 🙏🏽

Unfortunately, I have been hospitalized and am unable to proceed with any event as planned. My current health condition requires immediate attention and prevents me from fulfilling my responsibilities to Cater. It is with a heavy heart that I have made the difficult decision to cancel All event This Week!
Thank you for all the well wishes and your understanding!
Best wishes !
