Baron's Brooklyn Baron's is a neighborhood bar restaurant in Bed-Stuy Brooklyn, NY. We pride ourselves in cooking wit We get whole animals from the butcher, and we don't waste.

Here at Baron's, our goal is simple - to provide our guests with delicious, seasonal and organic food. We are farm-to-table restaurant and we cook with a "nose-to-tail" philosophy. If you are eating a burger here, we ground that meat ourselves that same day. We also have one of the best selections of Single Malt Scotch in Brooklyn... come try something new!
