One of the additions to our new 7-course seasonal Chef's Tasting Menu is this Jeon - jeon meaning "pancake" in Korean. Skewered tiger shrimp get seared with a seasoned batter and served over a Doenjang Bechamel with a drizzle of Fermented Chili Oil. #🍤
