Cheddar Bay Stuffed Crab Bombs

📝 Ingredients :
• 1 lb lump crab meat, picked over for shells
• 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
• 4 oz cream cheese, softened
• ¼ cup mayonnaise
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• ½ tsp onion powder
• ½ tsp Old Bay seasoning
• 1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
• 1 tsp lemon juice
• 1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated buttermilk biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
• 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
• ½ tsp garlic salt
• 1 tsp dried parsley
🍽️ How to Make It :
1️⃣ Make the Crab Filling
In a large bowl, combine crab meat, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, Old Bay seasoning, parsley, and lemon juice. Mix until well combined and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
2️⃣ Prepare the Biscuit Dough
Separate the biscuit dough into 8 pieces and flatten each into a 4-inch circle.
3️⃣ Fill and Shape
Place about 2 tablespoons of crab filling into the center of each dough circle. Fold the dough around the filling, pinch the edges closed, and roll into a smooth ball.
4️⃣ Arrange for Baking
Place each stuffed crab bomb seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
5️⃣ Add Garlic Butter
Mix melted butter, garlic salt, and dried parsley. Brush generously over each crab bomb.
6️⃣ Bake Until Golden
Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 14–17 minutes, or until beautifully golden brown and cooked through.
7️⃣ Serve and Enjoy
