Something for everyone, and then some. 🍓

Meringue, passion fruit mousse, paprika, and micro basil. Our “Deviled Egg” Pavlova was the first thing people reached for at the dessert table. Alongside it, flourless chocolate cake with raspberry, matzo s’mores with toasted marshmallow, fresh whole strawberries with whipped cream, and bundt cake with orange vanilla glaze.

A small nod to the world of Genesis Bélanger, whose ceramic deviled eggs inspired it all.

Let them eat cake.

The dessert table at Public Art Fund’s 2026 Spring Benefit was built around the visual world of Genesis Belanger, whose work transforms the familiar into something you can’t stop staring at. Chocolate, vanilla, and red velvet layer cakes, each finished with buttercream and crowned with a maraschino cherry.

A 🍒, frozen in time. 

Public Art Fund’s 2026 Spring Benefit at the Metropolitan Pavilion brought color into every corner of the room. Three artists shaped the night: Juan Veloz, Kambui Olujimi, and Genesis Belanger, each bringing their visual language into the space. 

Inspired by the visual tone they set, we produced a dining experience to match. From a garden margarita composed of Don Julio Blanco, snap pea-black pepper syrup, cucumber juice, and lemon, to corn-shaped miso butter and a full dessert table, every element was designed to make you look twice.

Not everything is always as it seems.

Inspired by the work of artist Genesis Belanger, whose ceramic sculptures take the most ordinary objects and make them feel alive. From deviled eggs to slices of pie and supersized pills, Belanger’s work draws you in and makes you linger on things you’d usually walk right past.

We shaped our miso butter corn on the cob as a small nod to her world, where the familiar becomes something you can’t stop staring at.

No two events look the same, every event we do brings something different. The intentionality we bring to each one is something we come back to often as a team, whether it’s a gala for God’s Love We Deliver or an intimate dinner for the surgery department at Weill Cornell. That range is what defines this work. 

We chose this path because we thrive on the challenge and genuinely believe there is nothing quite like throwing a really good party.
