IN A COMPLETELY UNRELATED STORY, one of our pizziaolos made a Ravioli Ala Vodka pizza. That's pizza, topped with cheese raviolis and Ala Vodka sauce.

The story goes that a pizzaiolo in Naples invented a dish called "Pizza Margherita" in honor of the Queen of Italy, Margherita of Savoy.

That's a nice story.

But maybe the pizzaiolo who invented it just really liked Tequila and lime juice?

Regardless, you should order one of these. And have a Margarita. It's Sunday. Treat yo self.
