Birds & Bubbles Elevated southern cuisine paired with a long list of bubbles to celebrate the everyday!

Using the highest quality seasonal ingredients, The Birds & Bubbles menu features dishes paying homage to Simmons’ southern roots with an elevated take on Southern classics. This includes dishes often served for Sunday Supper, such as her grandfather's Buttermilk Fried Chicken. These new twists on old favorites bring global flavors to familiar dishes served side by side with bubbly from the team’s favorite champagne producers.

Friends in NYC!

Ten years after we hosted our last CITY GRIT dinner, we’re coming back to the greatest city in the world for three nights {Sunday September 29 - Tuesday October 1} to host an intimate dinner series at !

We’ll kick off each night with Champagne {obviously} before serving a four-course dinner paired with wines from our friends, alongside some really fun silent auction goodies all benefiting Children’s Cancer Partners of the Carolinas!

Many families in SC who face the battle of having a child with cancer lose half of their income on top of having to travel for treatment {most often to NYC}.

Through this dinner series and dinners in SC, we hope to raise $25,000 in funding earmarked for a Carolina family that has to relocate to NYC for treatment.
