25 years have passed and we still recall the unparalleled courage of all the emergency responders on September 11, 2001 and the countless weeks that followed.

We also remember the many friends we lost on that terrible day. Our hearts go out to all those in our beloved city who are missing cherished loved ones today. In particular, we are thinking of Thomas Hynes and Joseph Maloney, family members of our staff, who we know are watching over us.

Many of the sights and sounds around here are exactly the same as the last time the Knicks won the title, including the vintage registers we still use today. In fact the first time they won in 1970, Old Town was a mere 78 years old! Here’s hoping we will be talking about 2026 in another 78 years. LGK 💙🧡
