We wanted to let you know that in light of recent events due to COVID-19, NYC has implemented a policy for all restaurants/bars to have take out and delivery orders only. NYC has also requested many to self quarantine and distance themselves to stop the spread of this virus. While this may not apply to us, because we fully understand if you are socially isolating yourself for the time being and want you to know that we are available on Ubereats and seamless for delivery. Please note, as many of you know, our truck is near multiple hospital locations and we have been the go-to food option for many of these health care workers. If there is a slight delay in your order, please understand we are prioritizing orders of health care workers as they are working so diligently to help NYC. For this reason, we created kraveshack.us so you can order online, pick it up and avoid long wait times. We also installed a chat feature on our website that helps you chat with someone directly on the truck if you have any questions about your order. Thank you so much to our old and new customers who have been supportive, none of this would have been possible without you all.
