One for the books! Last Friday, we shared our fire with Chef Enrique Olvera and Manojo Mezcal. A menu inspired by the classic steakhouse, reimagined through Mexican ingredients: corn, pepitas, huitlacoche, and fire-grilled steak.

A night to celebrate the ritual of gathering around the table and the spirit of Mexican hospitality.

Colima salt-crusted filet mignon, roasted garlic.

The most tender cut of the beef (magra), wet-aged for 28 days. We coat it in Colima sea-salt first, then slow-grill it in our charcoal oven and finish with roasted garlic — fire-driven, juicy, and incredibly smooth!

New on the menu, but a true Nuevo León classic: Barbacoa.

We slow-cook beef cheek and tongue for 12 hours, until the meat turns silky, rich, and fall-apart tender.

A norteño staple enjoyed all day — breakfast, brunch, lunch, and dinner — now brought to New York and served with homemade tortillas ribeteadas, chopped onion, cilantro, chile piquín, and roasted onions so you can build an authentic, comforting barbacoa taco.
