One for the books! Last Friday, we shared our fire with Chef Enrique Olvera and Manojo Mezcal. A menu inspired by the classic steakhouse, reimagined through Mexican ingredients: corn, pepitas, huitlacoche, and fire-grilled steak.
A night to celebrate the ritual of gathering around the table and the spirit of Mexican hospitality.
