There is a playful thread running through the Clementine Suite, quite literally. You’ll find hand selected Pierre Frey fabric climbing the headboard, dressing the windows, covering the armchairs and, rather fittingly, dressing the mannequin too.

Beyond the spacious interiors, the private terrace brings a change of scene in crisp blue and green stripes, with Midtown providing the backdrop. It is the sort of place that makes breakfast outside or evening cocktails feel almost necessary, with the streets of Manhattan unfolding below.

For nearly two decades, Executive Chef Anthony Paris has helped shape Firmdale's culinary story in New York. A native New Yorker, jazz musician, and chef, Anthony has always been drawn to the unexpected and the beautiful. When he first stepped into Crosby Street Hotel, he says it felt like kismet. He was captivated by Kit Kemp's singular design philosophy and inspired by the idea of contributing to a place where art, beauty, and food coexist so seamlessly.
