Tip Of The Week For Waiters and Bartenders...you may want to consider doing your own tasting event and promoting it. (Check with your boss on this but almost all will welcome the enthusiasm and free marketing.)

I recommend this to my servers too. They have tables that can accommodate 10-12 guests why not plan a tasting or pairing priced to include a nice tip per person, theme it, post it on the internet and pack your station w/ strangers all sitting at the same table doing a tasting or pairing the moment the doors open.

While your co-workers stand in empty stations waiting for customers you are creating customers, exposure for the restaurant and really easy tables to wait on since you control the pace and timing.
