There still volcanoes with continuous eruption for the past 2,000 years. A pattern of eruption is maintained in which explosions occur at the summit craters, with mild to
moderate eruptions of incandescent volcanic bombs, at intervals ranging from minutes to hours.

The restaurant is inspired by Italyʻs strong volcanoes and their unspoiled beaches of sparkling black sand and its continuous eruptions. The menu is designed by the explosions that occur at the summit crater, with modern Italian plates like Squid Ink Pici Pasta with Squid, Shrimp, Shellfish, Nduja and cherry tomatoes.

• The Experience

Our customers will leave the restaurant feeling joy as if they went on vacation to the volcano islands of Italy. The establishment runs through the day and night just like the active volcanoes. On the weekday a full menu erupts with a wonderful collection of wines and spirits, on the weekend a nightclub setting explodes with the kitchen open all night serving appetizers.
