Our Chef de Cuisine was on vacation, back home in Germany, when she found out her trip would have to be cut short due to the borders closing. While necessary, it also come with mixed feelings. Upon returning to New York, she wanted to make something to remind her of home and prevent her from getting sick.⁣⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣
As a kid, she always had chicken noodle soup to get well as soon as possible when she was sick, or just to prevent her from getting sick in general. While chicken noodle soup is very common for people to have during flu season, the way this recipe is made reminds her of home.⁣

If you make this recipe at home, please show us and let us know what you think! @ New York, New York
