Our Tuna Papdi Chaat, a modern rendition of a classic. Tuna tartar, avocado, chives, and rice papdi. (Papdi is a popular North Indian street food that features crispy fried crackers—usually flour, but we made ours —that get topped with a variety of chilled veggies and sauces.) A savory, sumptuous, crunchy, bite size snack, perfect with our “Captivated” Cocktail, which features smoky mezcal, wasabi, elderflower, lemon, and pickled ginger. All the flavors.
