Since its beginnings as “New Pasteur” in the ‘90s, Pasteur Grill & Noodles has always been committed to serving fresh, authentic Vietnamese food to the NYC masses. Our dishes are the byproducts of generations’ worth of family recipes and continuous experimentation to bring you the best of Vietnamese cuisine with a modern twist. n a beef bone broth with an aromatic blend of freshly-roasted herbs and onions, bánh xèo (crepe) made with fresh jumbo shrimp and lean pork, bò lúc lắc (beef flank cubes) marinated to perfection and served with French butter, and bánh mì (sandwich) topped with mayo and paté made in-house. In addition to our signature dishes, we serve a variety of phở broths, specialty sandwiches, rice platters, and appetizers such as spring rolls, summer rolls, and green papaya salad. At Pasteur, we pride ourselves in using the freshest, quality ingredients in our closely-guarded recipes. Our philosophy is to make food we would be proud to serve our children— We use no MSG or meat tenderizer, and use only 100% natural ingredients in our dishes. This is what we think makes our food so deliciously flavorful.
