ican dining. In the kitchen, Peruvian native Chef Erik Ramirez, executes and innovates the culinary vision every day. Also born in Peru, Beverage Director Piero Rodriguez represents the team behind the Pisco Bar. The Raymi experience revolves around a central Ceviche Bar, offering fresh seafood spiked with indigenous spices and ingredients. Add to that a Pisco Bar, pouring select labels alongside 30 house-infused varieties of the fiery liqueur. A selection of small and large plates showcases the Peruvian palate while encouraging guests to share and linger in the sensual Latin setting.

Due to a gas issue on the 5th floor of our building, Con Edison needed to close down the gas line to our entire building. Even though the landlord’s plumbing crews have been working tirelessly for the past few days, our gas is still not back on. We hope that by closing and allowing them to work unobstructed, we can help them get finished faster. We will keep you posted on any updates as we receive them. Looking forward to reopening soon.

Due to a gas line issue in our kitchen, we won't be able to offer our regular food or restaurant week menu tonight. We sincerely apologize, but WE DO HAVE SOME GOOD NEWS, 1. we will have our bar menu with a few selections of ceviche, empanadas, among other delicious items; and 2. HAPPY HOUR ALL NIGHT!! So don't miss a full swing of our amazing PISCO HAPPY HOUR.
