is a fast-casual restaurant concept with locations across NYC (and expanding further soon!) serving 100% homemade, fresh and health-focused cuisine in an inviting, contemporary environment. Combining authentic flavors from across the Mediterranean with family recipes that have been developed from generation to generation, The Hummus & Pita Co. is devoted to bringing high-quality, flavorful food to as many people as possible. When you enter The Hummus & Pita Co., you’ll be greeted by the aroma of freshly baked Pita and Laffa bread (flatbread baked in a taboon oven) wafting through the air. Executive chef Jose Tapia's menu draws its inspiration from across the Mediterranean and beyond, with nods to Greece, Israel, Morocco and the Middle East. Fresh ingredients inspire daily specials, and everything served at The Hummus & Pita Co. is made from scratch onsite. There are so many ways to love it, so download our app today and come back and try them all! https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/the-hummus-and-pita-co/id1031692582?mt=8
