Specializing in Franco-Japonaise cuisine, 21 Grams showcases an innovative menu blending the intricate artistry and fresh ingredients of Japanese cooking with the decadence of classic French fare. Franco-Japonaise cuisine was first popularized in the 19th century as Japan and Europe saw the rise of cosmopolitanism that allowed all classes to enjoy the flourishing food culture. offers a modern take on this unique cuisine.

21 Grams is the first restaurant conceptualized and designed by Mihoko Kiyokawa Ph.D., a classically trained ballerina, costume designer and holistic nutritionist. She draws from her diverse background to create an unforgettable evening in a stunning setting designed by Bruno Borrione.
