Specializing in Franco-Japonaise cuisine, 21 Grams showcases an innovative menu blending the intricate artistry and fresh ingredients of Japanese cooking with the decadence of classic French fare. Franco-Japonaise cuisine was first popularized in the 19th century as Japan and Europe saw the rise of cosmopolitanism that allowed all classes to enjoy the flourishing food culture. The menu at 21 Grams offers a modern take on this unique cuisine.

21 Grams is the first restaurant conceptualized and designed by Mihoko Kiyokawa Ph.D., a classically trained ballerina, costume designer and holistic nutritionist. She draws from her diverse background to create an unforgettable evening in a stunning setting designed by Bruno Borrione.
