It’s National Soup Day so we had to spotlight our classic Kalguksu - Silky knife-cut noodles immersed in a collagen-rich bone broth with a fistful of veggies.

And due to high demand, we decided to make our broths available to purchase. 24 oz for $12. We boil and simmer our broths from open to close so you don’t have to. Add a broth to your takeaway order, heat it up, throw in everything but your kitchen sink and make it your own soup! 🍲

The stars aligned for us last Friday. We booked a photoshoot, it was Frank’s last day, and Gabe popped by the city from Bard for his sister’s bday. We met Gabe’s college friend, Josh, and they came hungry. Phil was getting the "in" on his second week. Everyone bonded over shots of ramuné. ⁠

While all this was happening, UPS delivered our Jjam Bbong T-shirts.⁠ Gabe drew the Jjam Bbong heart to represent our beloved seafood noodle soup. With Nicole on research, Rachel on sourcing, Frank with his flair for handwriting, the t-shirt came together and delivered just in time to be snapped by ⁠
