The word is out, our Shuck Yeah Monday Oyster and Martini special has become one of the hottest deals in town. With $1 oysters and $10 martinis all night long, Mondays have become one of our busiest nights of the week. So, our $1 oysters are available every Monday night *while supplies last,* and once we run out for the night, we’re out. The good news? The rest of our Monday lineup isn’t going anywhere. We’ll still have $10 martinis all night long, plus a $45 wine grab bag and 2lbs of mussels and fries for $24. Mondays never looked so good 🦪🍸✨

A few snippets from May’s Oyster Somm Social: Five Species Tasting! led us all through a tasting of all five species of oysters cultivated in North America, and he had to pull a lot of strings to pull this one off as not all of the oysters are in season at the moment. But he made it happen with a little help from a tip from to get Olympias from , and Belons from Lisa Prosper at who just happened to stop in for dinner the week before! It was a huge success and a super fun night, with beverage pairings and swag from too and tons of oyster knowledge! We may be a seafood forward restaurant, but we make a darn good burger too. Our Burger is a long-time fan favorite and top seller (after oysters, of course!). We’ve been using Pat La Frieda beef patties since day one, and topping it with cheddar, lettuce, tomato, pickle, and our very own special sauce. Get it on our brunch menu every weekend on the UWS or UES, or in slider form during dinner! Happy National Hamburger Day! 🍔

And an especially huge THANK YOU to our partners for supplying oysters for the event: Island Creeks from , Hama Hamas & Blue Pools from , Le Petit Barachois from , Kumamoto oysters, and Salty Sisters from out of Texas - a surprising treat! And to for pairing these delicious oysters with some of the best sake around: their Shiboritate of Blue Door as a welcome pour, followed by Blue Door Junmai Namesake, Occidental Dry Hopped Junmai and Secondi Pet Nat Sparkling. Internet, meet Louis! Louis is a veteran server of 23 years and has been with Crave Fishbar for the last 3. When our UWS GM needs a break, Lou is in charge of the place, most excitingly during our Mussels Monday. When not at Crave, Lou spends his time acting, teaching aspiring performers and helping others hone accents for theatre work. Lou is great leader, a fierce friend and a world class server, and Crave is lucky to have him in house! Thanks for all you do for us, Lou!
