Owner Leo Lin first brought his passion for Japanese cuisine to New York after spending many years running a fish market. Over 12 years later, Tenzan continues to provide customers with quality Japanese dining at affordable prices. Tenzan prides itself in offering only the freshest quality raw fish items to its customers. The restaurant receives fresh fish deliveries every day of the week (includi

ng Sundays) and always ensures that the staff handles preparation with the utmost care. The restaurant’s commitment to customer satisfaction is made apparent not only through its extensive menu selection, but by an equally enthusiastic staff. Tenzan is served by a line of professionally trained sushi-chefs in addition to an attentive kitchen well-versed in the art of Japanese cooking. Menu items span from traditional Japanese meals, such as Negimaki, Sukiyaki, and noodle specials, to the more intricate specialty sushi and sashimi rolls, including such menu items as the double taste roll, the dancing eel roll, and rainbow rolls, in addition to weekly specials.
