After so many wonderful meals and memories shared with you, it’s time for us to say goodbye.

In recent months, it has become increasingly difficult to sustain operations due to staffing
challenges and the impact of a worsening economy. Despite our best efforts, these obstacles have made it impossible to continue in a stable and responsible way.

We are so grateful to everyone who walked through our doors, celebrated with us, and made this place feel like home – it’s been a pleasure to serve you

"Hands down: THE BEST Korean cuisine in NYC. If you want authentic flavors with twists of coziness and pops of creativity in every bite from an amazing chef, Sae Ron is the spot to go. Every single dish was well designed and plated with great attention to detail. The drinks were also fabulous with a wide variety of cocktails. The dessert was amazing (rhubarb & strawberry tart was a personal favorite)! And the overall atmosphere was very relaxing, modern, and immediately made you feel right at home. There is an upstairs cocktail lounge as well! We will absolutely be returning! 💯" - Thank you Paige!!! 🫰

The kind of place you secretly hope no one else finds. Uni Al-bap, Jjajang Pie, Mala Mul-Mandu & Nurungji Sundae — the names are wild, but the flavors are even wilder. Crunchy, creamy, spicy, savory — an unforgettable rollercoaster of textures and tastes.
The sincerity and kindness of the staff were beyond words — truly humbling and deeply appreciated.
