It’s back! Our Salmon Kimbap returns this weekend.
Made with organic Wester Ross salmon from Scotland, it’s light, fresh, and the perfect way to celebrate the weekend.

Our designer spent our entire design budget on Gruyère cheese. Unfortunately our designer is also us. 😭

In honor of the France vs. Morocco World Cup match, we made a Croque Monsieur-inspired kimbap:

Black Forest ham, Gruyère, cornichons, chives, Dijon mustard, and black pepper.

One day only at our Chelsea Market location: 7/9.

In honor of Korea’s Children’s Day, and are teaming up for a hands-on Kids’ Onigiri Mini Class! It’s the perfect way for little ones to get creative with food and learn something new.

For $5, they’ll enjoy:
- A 15-min DIY workshop (including 1 piece of onigiri to eat!)
- A tasty drink to wash it down
- Fun coloring activities

It’s here! The Kimbap & AAPI Art Fair with Kimbap Lab x Pearl River Mart is happening tonight.

We’re not sure who Dan is but he will have some photos available for purchase too. (Just kidding, he’s one of the operators of Kimbap Lab and a food photographer as well).

There will also be free art blind boxes with every Kimbap lab order (while supplies last) with chances to also win a free kimbap in the future!
