“Small taps-style Korean plates are the name of the game Mokyo, a newish, cozy New York boite that’s quickly gaining attention. Here, Chef Kyungmin Kay Hyun plates tight, inspired menu that applies Korean and other Asian flavors to global dishes. I highly recommend the Korean chili pepper gumbo, and these crave-worthy corn dumpling laced with truffle salsa verde and Parmesan.”
