Ready at last. As part of our Community-to-community trainings at BAK gallery in Utrecht we did a collaboration brew with local brewery Produktie Lab and Diego de la Vega Coffee Co-op from NY. The final product is a dry stout infused with a cold drip coffee, it sounds delicious and we have it on good authority that it tastes delicious too, pity we don’t get to sample it! However, we’re hoping to recreate the brew on home turf on our pilot kit which we’ll be taking delivery of in the very near future!
