💕😋Choco Swiss Roll Delight Recipe💕😋

Ingredients:

Chocolate Sponge Cake:
4 large eggs (room temperature)
¾ cup granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ cup all-purpose flour
¼ cup cocoa powder (unsweetened)
½ tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt

Chocolate Filling:
1 cup heavy whipping cream (chilled)
¼ cup powdered sugar
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tsp vanilla extract

Chocolate Ganache Topping:
½ cup heavy cream
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 tbsp unsalted butter (optional, for shine)

Optional Decorations:
Chocolate shavings
Fresh berries
Edible gold leaf

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 10x15-inch jelly roll pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.
In a large bowl, beat eggs and granulated sugar on high speed until pale, thick, and tripled in volume (about 5-7 minutes). Add vanilla extract.
Sift together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Gradually fold into the egg mixture, being careful not to deflate the batter.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread it evenly. Tap the pan gently to release any air bubbles.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the top springs back when lightly touched.
While the cake bakes, lay a clean kitchen towel on a flat surface and dust it lightly with powdered sugar.
Remove the cake from the oven and immediately invert it onto the prepared towel. Peel off the parchment paper.
Starting from the short edge, gently roll the cake (with the towel) into a tight spiral. Let it cool completely, still rolled up.

Make the Filling:
Whip the heavy cream, powdered sugar, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract to stiff peaks.
Carefully unroll the cooled cake and spread the filling evenly over the surface, leaving a ½-inch border.

Re-roll the cake (without the towel) into a tight roll. Wrap it in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.

Prepare the Ganache:
Heat the heavy cream in a small saucepan until it just begins to simmer. Pour it over the chocolate chips in a heatproof bowl. Let sit for 2-3 minutes, then stir until smooth. Add butter for extra shine if desired.

Assemble and Decorate:
Place the chilled Swiss roll on a serving platter. Pour the ganache over the roll, allowing it to drip down the sides.
Decorate with chocolate shavings, fresh berries, or edible gold leaf as desired.
Chill the cake for 30 minutes to allow the ganache to set before slicing.
Serve with a dollop of whipped cream or a scoop of vanilla ice cream for extra decadence.

Impossible Pumpkin Pie Cupcakes !

Ingredients :

⅔ cup all purpose flour

15 oz pumpkin puree

¾ cup sugar

2 large eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla

¾ cup evaporated milk

2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice

¼ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon baking powder

¼ teaspoon baking soda

Whipped cream

Instructions :

Line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper or silicone liners.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and pumpkin pie spice.

In a large bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, sugar, eggs, vanilla and evaporated milk until well combined.

Add in dry ingredients and whisk until no streaks of flour remain and batter is smooth.

Fill each muffin cup with approximately ⅓ cup of batter.

Bake for 20 minutes and let cool for 20 minutes.

Remove cupcakes from pan and chill in the fridge for 30 minutes.

Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with more pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon on top and before serving

SLOW COOKER BEEF AND NOODLES

INGREDIENTS :

2-3 lb. beef roast
1 can (14 oz.) reduced-sodium beef broth
1 envelope (from a 2.2 oz. box) beefy onion soup mix
1 can (10.5-10.75 oz.) cream of celery or mushroom soup, undiluted
3-4 cloves garlic, minced
6-8 cups beef broth or water, more if desired
1 pkg. (24 oz.) frozen home-style egg noodles
Salt and pepper, to taste

INSTRUCTIONS :

In a large bowl, combine the beef broth, beefy onion soup mix, cream of mushroom soup, and garlic cloves. Set aside.
Place the roast in a 5-qt. (or larger) slow cooker. Add the soup mixture. Cover and cook for 8 hours or overnight on LOW, or until the beef shreds easily.
In the morning, break beef apart and add 6 -8 cups of beef broth or water. Cover and continue to cook an additional 8 hours on LOW.
An hour before you eat, add egg noodles, salt and pepper. Cover and cook for an additional hour on HIGH or until noodles are tender.

Tender noodles, shredded chicken, bacon, corn, & more!!!! 😋🥄
Ingredients:
2 cups egg noodles, cooked
2 cups chicken, cooked/shredded
2 cups corn *I used frozen, canned works too
1 cup milk
2 cans cream of chicken soup *10 oz cans
1 onion, diced
1 tbsp garlic, minced
1/2 cup cheese, shredded *I used cheddar, any type works
1/2 cup bacon, cooked/chopped
3/4 cup French fried onions
salt/pepper (to taste)
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a 9x13 baking pan with cooking spray.
In a medium bowl, combine the cooked pasta, chicken, corn, milk, cream of chicken, onion, garlic, cheese, bacon, and salt/pepper.
Pour mixture into greased pan.
Sprinkle French fried onions evenly on top.
Place pan into preheated oven and bake for about 30 minutes.
Remove from oven and serve warm!

1 Pound Penne Pasta or Large Elbow Pasta
3 Cups Whole Milk
2 Cups Half & Half
1 Tablespoon Butter
2 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
¼ Cup Onion, diced
1 Tablespoon Fresh Thyme, chopped
1 to 2 Cloves Fresh Garlic, finely minced
3 Level Tablespoons All Purpose Flour
To Taste Kosher Salt
To Taste Black Pepper
To Taste or 1 to 2 Tablespoons Grand Diamond All Purpose Seasoning
To Taste or 2 to 3 Teaspoons Hot Sauce or Tabasco
1 to 2 Teaspoons Liquid Crab Boil, (optional) (careful, it can be spicy but it adds a nice seafood flavor)
3 Cups (about 12 Ounces) Gouda Cheese or Monterey Jack Cheese , grated
3 Cups (about 8 Ounces) Muenster Cheese or Mild Cheddar Cheese, grated
1 Cup (a little less than 4 Ounces) Gruyere Cheese, grated
1 Pound Shrimp, raw, deveined, tail removed, Size 14-16 or 31-40
½ to ¾ Pound Lobster, raw or pre-steamed, chopped into chunks (3 to 4 small lobster tails will do)
½ to ¾ Pound Lump Crab, your choice
Nonstick Cooking Spray, optional
