Flash-fried shiitake mushrooms stuffed with homemade fish cakes, served with dashi shoyu.

"Chintan" chicken base noodle soup, a dark, rich broth made from black charred miso, topped wih pork chashu, cabbage, bok choy, memma, naruto, scallions, and glazed with a layer of oil.
Served for only limited dinner time.
