ABOUT US...............

Hello everybody,

I’m Francesco Vieri and I’m going to tell you a story about a dream became reality and how it’s been great to make it true.
Well… I don’t want to annoy you with the story of my life but I would like to tell you how NICCOLO’ AND AURORA CORP. was born.
Let’s start from my first journey in the USA: summer 2004, Florida. I went there with some friends.
We had three beautiful and unforgettable weeks. It was love at first sight.
I came back home to my girlfriend. Well… you know… I didn’t see her for three weeks… some hugs and kisses… and nine months later, summer 2005, our first lovely son was born. His name is NICCOLO’.
It’s a big responsibility to become father when you are only 24. You have to face reality and to think less about dreams. So as you can understand my American dream was fading away…
Three years later our beautiful daughter AURORA was born. Her uncertain and difficult birth made me understand that everything can become true if you want it to.
At that time my working life wasn’t as full of satisfaction as my private one and I never had courage to change it.
Sleepless nights made think again about “what I really want to do when I grow up” so that I could be happy. American dream came back to my mind but how to make it real?
Italy and USA are completely different such as their laws, rules and so on… but I didn’t fear anymore.
I was able to find who could help me to get over bureaucratic papers so that NICCOLO’ AND AURORA was born in December 2010.
Finally I went again to the USA. Six years passed since my last visit there. Destination: New York. I went there just for few days to sign some paper for my new company but they were intense and lovely days.
FETTUNTA project started up as soon as I came back home. FETTUNTA is an IGP extra virgin olive oil produced in Tuscany from olives harvested in the hills of Arezzo.
That’s just the begin of my dream which is becoming reality and in my daydreams I see all of you sitting and relaxing at the table open air enjoying tasteful and genuine Tuscan food.
Stay tuned because FETTUNTA IGP is only the first of a series of products we are going to make you enjoy!
