On Saturday, September 12, Marea welcomes Nobu Yamanashi of Yama Seafood for a special installment of the Marea Terrace Series, joining Executive Chef PJ Calapa and Chef Kazutaka Limori for an extraordinary live whole tuna-cutting experience.

Witness the precision, tradition, and craftsmanship behind every cut before enjoying a selection of composed dishes, canapés, and beverages inspired by the experience.
